C-Media ac97 audio device problem

My C-Media ac97 audio device has a Yellow(!)
in my device manager...
What do I need to do w/ it???
Can someone help me with this problem...

You need to re-install the driver for the sound device. C-Media sound drivers are here (you will need to know whether the sound device is a "PCI Audio" or an "Onboard Audio" device, and then choose the correct model number of your device from the list:
