No Sound PLZ Help!

so I rebooted my Dell Dimension 4700 and its saying i dont have a sound driver, so i went to sound blaster and downloaded the Sound Blaster 24 Bit and still dont work. Its saying i dont have a driver for my multimedia audio controller. If you need more info in order to help me, let me know. Thanks alot.
