can someone please help (audio)
i re formatted my computer about a month or two ago,, and i came back on it to see my sound doesnt work atall.. everything is plugged in fine and stuff. so i bought a new set of speakers to day. and they dont work either ... it says something like i dont have a ksuser.dll??? please help......... thanks so much

1. Version of XP windows home edition
2. Hardware setup i dont know what that is..?
3. What exactly happened leading up to the problem . just after i re formated my computer
4. Exact error messages i try to download my software and it says it cant find the file ksuser.dll
5. Any antivirus, firewall software you are running ermm... i dont think i have any... i got google pop up blocker if thats classed as anti virus??

Try a System File Check go to Run – type “sfc /scannow” (without the quotes and note space after sfc) have Win disc available in case sfc needs to replace or repair any files. The programe runs with no alerts and then closes.

Also Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates. Should give the MSI board http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
