Switch On Computer and 5 minutes later it reboots

Please please could some on help me, I have had this problem for as long as i can remember.

When i turn on my pc its fine then 5 mins in it goes and crashes.

ive read plenty of forum posts and other information
but i can fix the problem.
I have also update all my drivers and still no luck

[The Tool]

1. Update all the drivers and see if it works.
2. Un-install all the drives/software you have installed from when the system started crashing.
3. Try system restore.

How to disable Automatically restart when system crashes:
My Computer (right click) > Properties > Advanced > Under "Startup and Recovery" click "Settings" > Under "System failure" un-tick "Automatically restart" > OK.
