Multimedia Video Controller not found

Hi There

I am using windows xp (SP2). I've 814 pci surveillance device. I've windows XP Sp2. When I am checking my device driver it shows question mark with yellow saying multimedia video controller. I don't have any information about the make or model of the product. Plase can anyone help me how to get driver of this?
