sound/video card problem
Everytime I open windows media player and try to play something I get: Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly.

I tried to install a random sound card driver but didn't work...
I also have lag when I drag windows around and while scrolling pages. I think this is because of my graphics card and need an updated driver. one problem I don't know what my graphics card is.
