Hey thanks, i appreciate it. Just out of curiosity and for future reference; to find all of those drivers pertaining to my motherboard type did you just go to intel's site and type in the motherboard number?

audio - firt install the M$ Universal Audio Architecture
then the ADI High-Definition(HD) audo driver

I also noticed that no Display driver is installed, Everest should show which graphic driver installed
Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...-Edition.shtml

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start instructions / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a Restore point and follow
