Norton AntiVirus Contradiction

Hi,
I have Norton AntiVirus and it says this:

Norton AntiVirus has detected a virus on your computer.

Object Name: C:\WINDOWS\System32\pmnlj.dll
Virus Name: Trojan.Vundo
Action Taken: Unable to repair this file

Ok, the catch is when I download the tool to take out the virus and it scans it says that that virus was not detected on my computer, and there is no way to shoo that message away!!!
SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME!!!
