Getting back to XP after installing Vista

I have just installed Vista onto a secondary SATA hard drive. I want to have a dual boot system between XP and Vista. I have tried to go into the Vista Boot Client but it cant see the XP installation. The only way i can get it to boot to XP now is to unplug the Vista hard drive.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get a boot menu just after the posting screen asking which version of windows you wanted to boot to. I did it on a X64 bit version of XP and the 32bit version but cant seem to have the same joy here.

Thanks

Damo
