computer freezes

hi there built a new computer and it keeps freezeing on me and random times.

the specs are
xp home edation
amd athlon 62 x2 duel core proc 6000+ 3.01 gig
nvidia geforce 8800 gts graphic card
asus msn32-SLI deluxe motherboard wireless
2 gigs ram

its not a heat proplem checked that out runs at 48-53 degrees cpu temp. can someone please help me

Have you cheched event viewer? Check drivers for your Video,sound motherboard and even Bios update.

I have done that and i either have pci Bridge Device driver or nForce PCI System Management but not both. I want both and how do I get both? I think that is my problem.
