Question outlook express

I'm getting mail delivry subsystem emails. return mail from adresses that I never heard of. I'm suspecting that some one has gotten into my computer. Is this spyware, adware or a trojan or what? is there a program that I can run to get my computer safe again. I have a firewall running again, it was off for awhile. any help would be appreciated.

Try:

Reports claim it is good.

Not tried it myself.
