xp "freezing"
i have winxp home and recently it has started to freeze, but lets me move the mouse. This is especially frustrating when my game freezes in midload.
Task manager shows nothing using the cpu during that time. pls help!
(this happens during startup for about 3 mins, then when i try to run programs off a cd they dont work- i have to run them from the program's folder. It has frozen bf2142 multiple times in midload. this is especially frustratin considerin that it worked before. Spyware scan shows nothing.)
