Please help me, I'm going crazy

I installed Adobe Premiere CS3, it was a trial. So when I purchased the Adobe CS3 suite, i installed it and it said it could install Premiere because it was already installed. I uninstalled it. Now everytime i run the uninstaller thats on the Premiere CS3 disc, it just locks up. When I try to uninstall using the CS3 suite disc, my computer the installer initializes, then closes.
What should I do ? Why cant I run the CS3 suite disc again ? I cant get any help from adobe. Please help me.

Use the following tool from Microsoft..
Once it's deleted it. Restart, try and reinstall
