Cant remove program

When I start my computer its takes forever before I can do anything! I have a couple of programs that pop up. McAfee is one of the programs that slows it down, so I want to delete it. Its missing some components and I know thats why It wont let me uninstall it. I tryed to delete they files by running regedit.exe and going to HKE_LOCAL_Machine, but that also didnt work!!! So I dont know what to do.

When I start up my computer there is another program that pops up, its Aio setup and it is trying to install something but cant, it tells me to insert a cd rom which I dont have. I cant even find it in the add/remove program list, or in the HKE_LOCAL_Machine list

If anyone knows how to fix this, thanks alot ahead of time.

When you said that your computer is slow, have you tried both a virus and spyware scan???

go to start/run type msconfig and click ok.. in the startup tab untick the apps that are causing the slow startup ..if some elements of mcafee is missing it will be hard to uninstall,,you best bet is to reinstall mcafee and then uninstall it ..as for aio i not sure what that is, you have to give more nfo on what app it is.

What is the exact McAfee product that you are referring to, Tatiana87?
