defragging

Hope this is the right section to post. Sorry as im new here.

I did research regarding this issue first. Before this, everytime i defrag my main drive, after that it'll still say that i should defrag this volume. After reading through this forum, did some steps and that is finally gone! Thanks to you guys!
But, it still did say that "some files could not be moved" and it had just about 4 red lines. Is this normal? i could not attach the report but can any one here advise?

Thanks in advance!
