Windows Startup!

When I turn my PC on, it automatically scans one of my drives before windows loads up. This takes about five minutes and is very annoying.

How can I remove the scan? Below shows the startup file, should something be different? Help will be greatly appreciated!

look in the startup tab in msconfig,, not boot ini tab your must have a app like antivirus running at start up,, check in the startup or check your antivirus app to see if theres a schedule at startup. if so untick.
