Lost My XP Theme!!

Hello, Today I booted up my computer and I noticed something different... the Windows Xp "Theme" Was totally gone.. It looks like Windows 98 now. SO I right clicked on the desktop/Properties/Appearance. Then to Windows and Buttons... and guess what? Only Windows Classic is there NOTHING else. No option to add or remove windows and buttons either..

I tried system restore to yesterday when everything was fine and that did not help..

its most likely the theme service disabled. to enable it do this:

start>run>services.msc

find "themes", right click "properties"

under startup type click "automatic" then click "start" and "ok"

will enable theming and it should make the default xp theme come up in display properties

cheers

tried that already, it doesn't work :S. I'v tried every solutions I found on forums before posting this and none of them worked for me. When I click on Luna.Theme it does an error and my theme is already to automatic and to enabled but it still doesn't appear in the desktop menu.

install tuneup utilities 2007, use tuneup styler to re-apply the theme, if it wont download a 3rd party theme that will fix it
