Question Add Or Remove is Not working

Im trying to remove a program called Advanced Media Extension V 1.5 in my Add or Remove Programs, but when I click on it i get this error message

NSIS Error

The Installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus. You may want to contact the auther of this installer to obtain a new copy. It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED)

Any Ideas....Im runing windows XP Pro SP2 on my new DELL XPS M1710

Thanks for your help...

Binny
