problem with "Internal Error 2902 .ixofilecopy"

im gettin problem with installin half life 2 and some other softwares n im getting this error

"Internal Error 2902 .ixofilecopy"

any help?

tried out autopatcher aug 07 core, changed win installer to new ver, and so on...
