Windows explorer error

yea i just recently installed a new video card. its actually an older model ati card because mine overheated but anyway...ever since i put in my new card i been getting constant errors when i try to log on to my main user name i get the windows explorer error or when i am on the other username and i close w.e program i was using it says it experienced an error similar to the windows explorer error please help meee
