file deleting

im trying to delete power2go 4 off my computer but keep getting this message,An installation support file could not be installed.The system cannot find file specified,any ideas thanks

Download and install "unlocker" from this site:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...Unlocker.shtml

Unlocker will allow you to delete / remove any file you want.
