Video controller driver

my video controller driver is missing, after i reformatted my computer

what drivers do i need?


I'm running windows xp and:

Motherboard:
CPU Type Intel Pentium 4 506, 2666 MHz (20 x 133)
Motherboard Name Unknown
Motherboard Chipset Intel Springdale-G i865G
System Memory 1008 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)
BIOS Type Award Modular (02/21/06)

Display:
Video Adapter Intel Extreme Graphics 2
3D Accelerator Intel Extreme Graphics 2

Your graphics appear to be intergrated, so the motherboard or the make and model of your comp need to be known. Everests not showing the motherboard, what make and model do you have or Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates. It may give make and model

Drivers for your board here, VGA is the Intel Extreme Graphics http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/M...ProductID=2223

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
