Help please!
Hi, whenever i try to open a folder i get this error: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

Please help me!

learn to read. I got affected by a trojan or a malware that locked my hardware i have cleaned the virus but the hardware still remains locked...
