hi, if i have two useraccount one is admin and other one call public. How do i disable the registary to be accesed from the account "Public"???

right click My Computer ->Manage ->Local Users and Groups ->Users.
right click on Public account -> properties -> Member Of.. -> remove administratie power and make it guest

erm where IS local user groups? i go to Management but i cant find it.
