Help!!

Hello,

I have three computers that are in diar need of help! My primary computer is a laptop that I use for school, it is a Latitude D400. It runs extremely slow, and often has error messages along the lines of "Cannot open/run file due to...." I have run a registry cleaner and also have a spyware/antivirus programs, but it is still really slow. Please let me know what the process is to post what I need on here. Thank you!

Hello look first of all a title HELP dosn't HELP much. Now you say you are getting error msg "cannont run/open files..." does the ... stand for the file name or is there a long code or some funny word this is the most important part. Also are you always trying to open the same type of file? i.e .exe files or word files or are they always different types?
