Network connection start problems

Hi,

After installing microsoft virtual server on my windows xp machine, when I restart my computer, the network connections take about 2-3 minutes to appear.

Can anybody help me with this issue?
Thanks

3 minutes delay may be a bit too much but its normal for Virtual servers to to add delay in system start up..........couple of things could speed it up for you....LOTS of Memory and Static IP addresses.

Cheers
