only one audio diver but 11 network drivers
First I would install the Chipset driver - then Restart your comp - this tells the OS which INF files to load.
then install audio
Everest may give you which network driver is installed, then install from Dell - if not sure just copy and paste the Computer/Summary section

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
