Strange Network Problem

Hope you guys can help me.
I have 10 PC accessing the inTERNET using Windows XP's Internet Connection Sharing. THe problem is, the PC that is DIRECTLY connected to the internet using a DSL connection cannot access any website nor YM messenger. But it can view all other PC's connected to the network and can run network lookout tools.

THe strange thing is, all other PC's connected to that PC can access the web. Except that PC running the ICS.

Help please...Is there any settings or registry trick that have made this?
I tried using system restore, reinstalling windows using upgrade setup but still doesnt work.

I think I read it somewhere a long time ago about this.....ICS is not designed to run an office..........it basically has limitations for ICS....why don't you save yourself a lot of grief and buy a router (4port) and a 16 port switch so you don't have to go through system restore every time ?
