file extension

Hi there can anybody help me? I think I may have deleted a file extension, but I am not sure.
When I first use my computer at start up I get a message saying that a file called SaveStartDate.Exe is missing and also a message says find file VCI50.BPI

Re missing files

Have you got or ever had C++ programing tools installed?

As far as I can determine they are used in Borland & Delphi.
