Let me swing my magic wand...........Yes, I'm getting signal from your computer now.........I think I know what is going on with your PC..........................................oh I lost the signal.

Dude.....How the heck do you want people to help you out if you don't describe what is going on with your PC......put yourself on other people's shoes.

Looks like you have a creative sound card installed, this is the driver

http://uk.europe.creative.com/suppor...pe=1&x=27&y=13

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions

Are your audio plugs on the I/O plate or in a expansion slot, see here, click image to focus
http://www.overclockeddoc.com/bookwo...0io%20slot.JPG

try this way to install - Chose the Creative audio

If no Setup file

1. Expand "Sound, video and game controllers"
2. Right-click the the yellow flagged device ( or audio device Realtek, Soundmax C-Media etc ) and choose Update Driver
3. In Windows XP SP2, the Update Wizard will prompt to connect to the Windows Update
4. Select "No, not this time" and click Next
5. Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" and click Next.
6. Select "Search for the best driver in theses locations" and check "Include this location in the search"
7. Click Browse and select the location of downloaded driver
8. Click OK and click Next
9. Wait while the Wizard installs the software
10. Click Finish.

Go to Device Manager and use the Update driver method, as shown in my last post, Windows may find the driver.or point it to the driver you downloaded. Have you a disc that shows a Creative audio at all.
