First of all we need to find out what your default gateway is (this is the ip of the router).
To do this, click on start -> run -> type cmd
From the prompt type ipconfig.
This will give a list of current adaptors and their ip addresses, example:
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
(C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.
C:\Documents and Settings\Ad>ipconfig
Windows IP Configuration
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected
Ethernet adapter Wireless Network Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : lan
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.66
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.254
Once you have this info, open up an internet browser and type the ip into the address bar. This will open the web interface of the router.
Once you are in, just find where the security logs are and this should tell you who has connected to you in the past (assuming you havent turned the router off)
