no audio device help

hello, i upgraded from 98se to xp. now i have no audio device.. device manager say's everything is ok. here are my spec's Field Value

check if you have onboard audio or using a pci soundcard..get belarc to give you more info..i guess your missing the audio drivers. for your mobo.
