Registry and Start Menu Wiped

I have an OEM XP Pro installed on my computer. I was trying to uninstall some programs on it using RevoUninstaller (to prevent my PC from lagging down), which removes the extra registry and shortcut things left over after uninstalling an app. But, things went south when Revo started deleting registry entries away from programs I did install. My start menu also, is now barebones, even though I have a ton of apps installed. For example, under "entertainment" or "system tools" in start menu -> accessories, nothing is there. My programs are no there either. I don't believe any registry files are corrupted, but just kind of messed up(or almost all deleted). I don't care about having to reinstall my apps, but I can't reinstall xp (I don't have an recovery discs/software). I don't mind resetting my Registry, if I can have XP be normal again. I'd like to have my start menu back though.

I tried to do an XP rollback, but it didn't let me(for any date), and gave me an error that it wasn't available.

Any recommendations on what I can do to (or any software which can help me) will be very much appreciated. Thank you very much!

Try continuously tapping the F8 key as soon as PC is switched on, until you get the "Advanced Startup Options". From this, highlight "Last known good configuration" with up/down arrow keys, then press Enter.
