Unhappy Audio Problem(NO SOUND)

Hi I juz made a system restore on my computer way back to the time when it was bought(five years ago, i duno how) and after that both my video and my audio for my computer went haywire. Fortunately for me i fixed my video, but my audio is stil ldown for some reasons...

My audio device is a Sound Blaster 16 or AWE32 or compatible (WDM) and under the device manger it has a (!) mark on it. Inside the properties tab the following was found:

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

I have absoutely no idea how to "free up resources" for my audio device. Someone please help me.

P.S. My Multimedia Audio Controller also has a biiig question mark on in under device manger, saying that it isnt configured properly..

My computer is a Packard Bell iMedia C801(I have no idea as to why i cant find this model there) and im from singapore... Hope some kind soul helps me out X(
