Ok first i have no idea if this is the right place to post this or not. hopefully someone will redirect or paste this elesewhere
i recently reformatted my harddrive reinstalled all my stuff and so on. but just realised my sound isnt working at all. it plays system beeps like when you click something the computer doesnt like but my speakers arent picked up on the sound options and it wont play the speech option in the control panel. so im thinking my sound card isnt turned on or installed properly? i have no idea what kind of integrated sound card i have or what it looks like inside my computer. my speakers are labtec and according to their customer service i need to check my sound card is installed properly or switched on which i have no idea at all what to do. so hopefully someone can help and possibly explain like the noob i am and explain exactly what i have to do.. many thanks in advance..
