Question fp98swin.exe - fp98sadm.exe ???

While browsing through my hard drive one day, I noticed two files, named fp98swin.exe and fp98sadm.exe located in the C:\program files\microsoft frontpage\version3.0\bin directory. I clicked on one of these files and since then have noticed that every time I open any new windows (ex. Notepad, Paint, MS Word, etc.), a Windows Installer box pops up for a few seconds, notifying me that it is "preparing to install..." I have no clue what program is trying to install EVERY time I open a window, but have ran many spyware scanners (Microsoft Antispyware, Spybot - Search & Destroy, Bazooka Adware and Spyware Scanner), antivirus programs (eTrust EZ Armor, Anti-Trojan Shield), and have ran an IDS (Snort) overnight to detect any malicious activity. So far, I have been left clueless !! Does any one know what can be causing this?

BTW - I am running
Win XP Media Center Edition
Computer Associates eTrust EZ Armor (Firewall/Antivirus)
Microsoft Antispyware with Real-Time Protection

They are both related to Front Page, so it's probably trying to install some component it thinks it needs. As to how to get rid of t, that might take a little more research.

More Problems...

I just disovered these webpages:

http://www.filename.info/f/fp98swin.exe.html
http://www.filename.info/f/fp98sadm.exe.html

Although they appear to be legit files, the file paths differ on my system from the ones listed on www.filename.info.
Additionally, using the "checksum and file hash info" section on www.filename.info and HashCalc 2.01 by SlavaSoft, I have determined that the file hashes on my system do NOT match the hashes listed on the filename.info website !

BTW - I am running
Win XP Media Center Edition
Computer Associates eTrust EZ Armor (Firewall/Antivirus)
Microsoft Antispyware with Real-Time Protection
