Hey roy_rajat,
I suggest to remove the hard drive from the external enclosure and connect it directly to the motherboard (via IDE or SATA)....that will eliminate any possible USB or firewire issue......from there see if your computer can enumerate the HD and assign the drive letter to it......if you can't access the drive and format it, then the drive is gone bad if not, you may have a faulty USB enclosure.
