More Task Manager problems

Hello, I'm new here but I've attempted to fix my disabled task manager problem by reading previous threads. I have a Windows XP system. I have an anti-virus program, anti-spyware - just downloaded SuperAntiSpyware and (by the way) when I attempted the regedit (I may have spelled that wrong) that too has been disabled. I know I need to enable my task manager but I don't know what to do next. I am nearly computer illiterate.

Can you help me?
