Any way to increase the speed of boot and computer performance?

I am just wondering if there is anything I can do to increase the speed of the boot-up on my computer. Also if there is anything I should do to increase the speed while I am working on the computer such as moving from file to file, internet browsing, etc. I have included my hijackthis log file below. I had to separate the log files because they were too long. Sry.

(By the way ... you have many programs loading on start up. Are you sure you want ALL of them loading straight away? You could stop some of them and load them manually only when required).
