Smile problems with keyboard

hi i hope somebody can help my please
my problem is my keyboard when i plug in serial port is not working properly
sometimes is making my clicks double sometimes don't recognize my clicks then i bout a adapter to switch is USB port, now is working good but sometimes is blocking and i have to unplug and then to plug again to make it
work. Please somebody help my please

Try this few steps. Take one good keyboard (one that you know that is working) plug it in the port, and if it is working - your keyboard is a problem. If it is working like the old one, then your port is a problem, try to use USB keyboard.
