XP BOOT EDITOR:How do i get rid of the selection process when i start up my pc?

Hi there
I installed a program called 'XP BOOT EDITOR' off a cd i got free with a magazine.
You can check it out at this site:
http://www.softnews.ro/public/cat/13/9/13-9-1.shtml
I like to change the look of xp but this one is beyond my capabilities i regret to admit
I unzipped the files and clicked 'new' as u usually do and it did a little summat then i had a bit of a look but i thought "bugger that" and closed it.
But now whenever i startup my pc i get 2 options within a black screen, the 2 options are :
1:microsoft windows xp home edition
2s for testing new boot screen
there is a timer of like 20 secs to select one, no' 1 is already highlighted so it aint like its a massive problem but its just niggly.
One thing i think i may have noticed is that this program has created a few new folders (i think) or does everyone have them, they are a folder called system32's(I know i should have 1)
