no wallpaper

For some reason, my wallpaper does not show. It is like it is behind a dark blue screen. When I go to change or select wallpaper in my display option all buttons are inaccessable. I also cannot change my desktop theme. The computer is working find, but for whatever reason I cannot get any wallpaper.

Hi Darcia, there can be a couple of reasons why this has happened. First I would run a full anti-virus scan, Then download super-antspyware http://www.superantispyware.com/ and update and run a full scan in safe mode.
