HELP!My COmputer display blue screen

can any1 help me.my computer suddenly became nonsense..
when start up all is ok but when i want to login it suddenly display blue screen with cursor only!!.do i need to reinstall the win xp version and get a new one.

Possible Blue Screen of Death. Are there any error messages appearing on the blue screen apart from the cursor?

Its not blue screen of death, it was you would get "windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer" bla bla bla. I suggest logging on in safe mode, deleting your account and making a new one.
