How to move HDD with XP to another computer?

My mom spilled coffee on the computer which got all over the MB and RAM. The HD does still work as I tried it in another machine as a slave. I ordered a new MB, CPU and RAM. I would like to keep the HD as it is. I know windows blue screens trying to boot on a different machine.
Very importand Program have this HDD.PLZ help me.
