/this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions/contact comp. admin.

i have a problem...i dont see my control panel icon in my start menu, and i keep getting this message telling me that there are restrictions because i have to contact my computer administrator and i am the admin.

wat do i do...i cant even fix it with doing a system restore. help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!
