No Sound...please help!!!

Ok, i have realtek audio AC97 and it is giving me the error: Code 10, cannot start. I have no earthly idea on how to fix this issue...and i need sound..lol

My operating system is:
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Service Pack 2 (build 3790)
