TX Mouse

I love the auto-copy highlighted text feature in True X-Mouse. However, the program also has the auto-raise feature which is hateful. According to the TXMouse site
http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/nt/TXMouse/ auto-raise can be disabled through the regedit, but it doesn't say how. Please tell me how to disable auto-raise or about another program that auto-copies text that is highlighted.
