error message

I just got a new Dell Latitude D830, running on XP. When I open Firefox and navigate to a page, I get this error message:

"Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked."

I've checked my options, and sites are allowed to set cookies. So I don't know why I'm getting this messgae.

The problem is specific to firefox the same pages will load using IE. You could try
Open up FireFox

Tools

Options

Click the + next to cookies

Click Clear

Click Exceptions and click Remove All Sites.


Not sure if it will work, also you could uninstall firefox and install a different version to the one your using.
