Is this a WORM or VIRUS ....Pls help

Iam using xp pro sp2
with avast adaware .


every drive shows ,.exe file when I delete it , windows crashes .
every night at 2230 local time system shutsdown.

and also when right clicked on a disk drive open and explore items are replaced by some illegible characters. for this prt.exe is used and the problem is solved temporarily.

processes in taskmanager shows two ,.exe running.if u end them abruptly they reappear shortly


some one pls help

Download this program http://www.superantispyware.com/ Update, boot into safe mode, and run a full scan in safe mode. Also run a full scan in safe mode of anti-virus software.

So did you run the scan in safe mode?
