OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0 message subject arabic problem

Dear all,
Good Day!

Dear Iam using windows Xp sp2 & Outlook express 6.0 which came by deafult with windows my problem is one of my user is getting emails in Arabic everthing is fine except the message subject fied is getting displayrd in junk language like all question marks. I tried my level best to solve the problem but I could not fix it, If any one can solvew this problem then I will really appriciate you,
